Meeting minutes: 4/9/09
Hey everyone!
Here are the minutes from tonight’s meeting!
-The meeting with Day did not work out this week, so those of you who can, we are meeting tomorrow (Friday) at Century Tower at 1pm to walk over to Day’s office.
-We need to get the researcher stuff done before school ends. Laura will send out the room numbers of the secretaries of the various departments. Gloria, Laura and I will be going around to the various secretaries and reminding them to send around the email with the survey. Please let me know if you’d like to help out!
-Aerial photo at 11:30 on Wednesday April 22nd!Facebook event coming soon! We have a few ideas for what to spell out and we thought these two would be neat: ppl + Rx=

We will hopefully also be having food at the event to attract people!
(Sidenotes: we need to map out where exactly this will take place, where we could take the picture from, and also bring chalk to map out where people have to stand!)
-Thursday April 23rd: potluck at Laura’s, Gloria’s or a bowling alley? Exact time/location TBA at next mtg!
-Baking party after next week’s mtg (at Laura’s) to make things for our bake sale on Friday. We have some ideas for recipes but let Laura know if you want to make something so we can get the ingredients together.
